About the Role:
* Support pupils across Early Years, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience.
* Assist the class teacher with daily activities, learning interventions, and classroom management.
* Work 1:1 or with small groups to help raise attainment and promote positive learning experiences.
* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all learners.
* Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with staff and parents.
We Are Looking For:
* Friendly, patient, and proactive individuals with a passion for working with children.
* Previous school-based or childcare experience (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Reliability and flexibility, with availability for part-time or full-time hours.
* A willingness to support children of all abilities and needs.
