Whats involved?
Youll support critical weapon and ordnance safety, environmental assurance and engineering standards. Your expertise will help shape safety policies and procedures, oversee compliance with JSP 815/816 standards and maintain an array of management systems that underpin safety assurance for defence munitions.
Your key responsibilities:
* Manage JSP 815/816 submissions, assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
* Oversee L&P SEMS management, including waiver documentation and safety metrics dashboards.
* Support enterprise policy management, ensuring compliance with QSEE requests and reporting cycles.
* Conduct audits and reviews, providing advice against DEFSTAN AMC standards.
* Develop strategic plans for OME legislation compliance and future assurance activities.
* Contribute to engineering assurance planning, including audit scheduling and oversight.
