We are hiring immediately for a Project Manager in our Events Sector. -a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you’ll do:
8. Lead the Project Management team & provide strong leadership within the department
9. Promote best practices in managing projects, Safety and documentation
10. Develop customer partnerships and senior management relationships
11. Leading 4-6 projects from inception to conclusion across the US & Canada
12. Travel approximately 60-80%
13. Provides updates to current project status including but not limited to, schedule, P&L, issues, risk, etc.
14. Partnering with Business development managers and sales representatives for project execution and completement
15. Ensure that all projects have a Project Delivery Plan and are managed in line with the standard Aggreko Project Management guidelines.
16. Assist the sales team in preparation of bids and tenders.
17. Ensure that project management processes are defined and documented in the Operations Quality Management System.
18. You’ll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
19. 4-8 years of high-level project management experience
20. 1-2 years of experience in the events industry
21. Knowledge of business acumen and P&L
22. Strong understanding of crisis management
23. Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
24. Successfully maintaining a portfolio of large projects across the United States & Canada
25. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
