Job Details
Location: Crewe
Hours: Mon‑Fri 08:30‑18:00, Sat 09:00‑17:00, Sun 11:00‑15:00 on a rota basis
Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
* Achieving sales targets and minimum profit objectives, including finance and insurance products
* Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
* Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
* Driving the sales process by converting leads into sales and maximizing appointments
* Representing the brand with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for driving
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Previous experience in a sales position, particularly within the automotive sector, is essential. Hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving high‑profile vehicles.
