Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Production Assistant to support the processing of customer parts, including unpacking, inspection, and packing for dispatch. This is a 6‑month temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
Shifts (rotating weekly):
1. Week 1: 5:30am – 1:30pm
2. Week 2: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Key Responsibilities
3. Booking customer orders into SAP accurately
4. Unpacking incoming orders and inspecting parts for damage
5. Checking quantities and reporting any discrepancies
6. Inspecting components using microscopes or visual equipment
7. Packing completed orders safely and accurately for dispatch
8. Using courier systems to process shipments
9. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
10. Reporting quality issues and supporting corrective actions
About You
11. Experience in production, manufacturing, or handling small components
12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
13. Able to follow processes and work independently
14. Basic computer skills
15. Good communication and organisational skills
