Are you an experienced Partner Relations Manager looking for a busy and varied role that allows you to utilise your relationship management and networking skills? If so, apply now as we are looking for a Partner Relations Manager to join our Gatwick office on a hybrid model. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing key strategic supplier partnerships that Air Partner hold globally.
To be effective in this role you will require a balanced and holistic approach to the relationship between ‘broker and operator’ with a distinct understanding of both the commercial value and service levels required to win new business and retain existing customers. Air Partner highly values its position as the industry’s leading private jet brokerage and this role is vital in maintaining that coveted status.
Accountabilities
* Achieving targets and KPI’s set for each financial year
* Maintaining existing and developing new working relationships with the commercial and operational leadership teams of key operator partners
* Managing and developing existing and new projects including but not limited to: Long term supplier contracts. Operator rebate schemes and volume discounts/incentives. 3rd party Service Level Agreements. Operator Service Quality and Performance Management
* Act as a senior and experienced member of the private jets team along with demonstrating ‘best practice’ examples for the all members of the department
* Working closely with the existing team leaders to support the broking teams with aspects of trading (including capacity search, negotiation of prices, preparation of tender documentation, flight program implementation, and continued program management)
* Conforming to all company procedures as set down in the employment contract and the staff manual
Candidate Requirements
* Competitive nature and commercial outlook
* Operations or airline commercial experience is essential
* Sound understanding of aviation planning and operating requirements
* Good understanding of swiftly changing markets and operator priorities
* Very Client focused with good people skills, intuitive market understanding and the ability to form string relationships with key individuals
* Good ability to communicate effectively both with the customer, suppliers, the Team, Operations, Air Partner UK and Air Partner Worldwide
* Ability to anticipate and out manoeuvre rivals in competitive tenders
* Understanding of aircraft charter contracts and legal obligations / negotiation
* Ability to generate consistent GP for the company
* Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met
