Principal Property Lawyer Salary: £57,750 - 72,059 per annum Location: South East Working: Hybrid About the Principal Property Lawyer Role: Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are looking for an Principal Property Lawyer to join a large and reputable property team operating on behalf of public Sector Clients including, for the most part, local government. This is an exciting opportunity to a few other principal property lawyers already in the team on a permanent basis priding itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East. Key Responsibilities of the Principal Property Lawyer role: We are looking for 3 years' recent experience dealing with the following matters: To lead and manage a team working on commercial property matters To provide legal advice and services to client organisations in the areas of commercial and in part residential property To lead, direct, develop and improve the service The role will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will have the opportunity to work from 1 of their 3 offices in central Northampton, Bedford or Cambridge 1 day per week.
