As HR Lead – Tyrrells, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy across our two Tyrrells manufacturing sites in Uttoxeter and Leominster. Acting as HR Lead, you’ll work closely with the Head of Manufacturing and site leadership teams to drive engagement, build capability, and deliver organisational change. You’ll lead a talented on-site HR and L&D team across both sites, while partnering with our central HR teams to ensure we deliver high-quality people solutions that help the business thrive. This role is also the lead for our Organisation Pillar, which is part of the Intersnack Work System (IWS) – our internal continuous improvement model. The Organisation Pillar focuses on building a strong culture, leadership capability and ownership at every level. Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Manufacturing – Tyrrells and site leadership teams, challenging and supporting them to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business success. Lead the delivery of complex and exciting change programmes across both sites, ensuring alignment with wider business initiatives, while putting people at the heart of transformation. Work collaboratively with site leadership, HR, and L&D teams to embed the KP Snacks people strategy—championing growth, engagement, and a values-led, high-performance culture. Drive lasting impact by using HR data, KPIs, and employee feedback to shape decision-making, track progress, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across key people processes. Build leadership capability and coach others, while creating learning opportunities through visible leadership, shared ownership, and ongoing development across HR and site teams. Who are we? Has hands-on experience leading through transformational change, building leadership capability, and navigating complex matrix structures—skills that transfer well across dynamic business settings. Ideally holds CIPD Level 5 or 7, with confidence using HRIS platforms, Excel, and Office 365.
