Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver technical design across projects from concept to completion
* Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications to current standards
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
* Manage project documentation, approvals, and site information
* Ensure technical excellence, buildability, and smooth project delivery
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Several years industry experience, ideally in high:end residential design
* Qualification in Architectural Technology (HNC, HND, or degree)
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD (plus good MS Office skills)
* On:site experience and excellent communication skills
* Organised, detail:focused, and a collaborative team player with a positive outlook
* Full driving licence and access to transport
