Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5

Pay: £36000 per annum

Location: Heathrow


Key Responsibilities


Contract Administration

* Prepare, review, and maintain service contracts and related documentation.
* Monitor contract compliance, renewals, and performance indicators.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding contractual matters.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
* Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement documentation.
* Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.


BICS Training Duties

* Deliver BICS‑certified cleaning and hygiene training programs.
* Conduct practical demonstrations and classroom‑based instruction.
* Assess trainee competency and maintain training records.
* Support staff development and refresher training initiatives.
* Ensure cleaning procedures align with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Promote best practices in cleaning operations and infection control.


Compliance & Health and Safety

* Ensure adherence to COSHH, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
* Conduct audits and inspections where required.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations.


Required Qualifications

* BICS Trainer qualification or relevant BICS certification.
* Experience in contract administration or facilities management.
* Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and procedures.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Good communication and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Skills

* Experience in training delivery and staff coaching.
* Understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.


Working Conditions

* Office and site‑based work environment.
* May require travel between client locations.
* Flexible working hours may occasionally be required.

* Operations Manager / Facilities Manager
