£46,000 - £62,000 per annum | Full Time | Location: Taunton/Wellington Area | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

What you'll do

* Create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work.
* Manage and improve the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs.
* Optimize processes and solve problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused.
* Ensure excellent customer service is given to everyone who shops with us.
What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
* Pride in offering support to your customers and team.
* Strong communication skills for handling challenging conversations.
* Confidence in monitoring, managing, and improving your store’s KPIs.
