Senior Business Analyst – Contract Location: Leeds (Hybrid) Rate: Up to £475 per day (inside IR35) *Must have experience within the NHS* Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support NHS transformation and organisational change programmes. You will work as part of a consulting team delivering strategic change and operating model design for NHS clients. Key eesponsibilities: Lead business analysis activity across large-scale NHS change projects Gather and define business requirements and process improvements Support the design and delivery of new operating models and transformation initiatives Produce clear documentation including business cases, process maps and recommendations Skills and experience xperience: Experience as a Business Analyst within NHS projects Background in organisational change or operating model work Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills Experience in agile or traditional delivery settings
