What You'll be Doing?
* Support whole‑class learning alongside the teacher
* Work with small groups or 1:1 to help pupils stay focused and make progress
* Encourage positive behaviour and routines in line with school expectations
* Assist with phonics, reading, writing, and early numeracy activities
* Be a nurturing, reliable role model who helps children feel safe, supported, and confident

What we’re looking for:
* A degree (any subject) or proven experience with children, paired with a confident can‑do attitude
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly
* Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful but not essential
