Job Description
* Act as the main point of contact for customers on all quality‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong working relationships.
* Maintain and develop a “Quality Walk the Floor” routine to drive product quality, monitor performance, and support operational targets.
* Ensure the Quality Management System complies with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer‑specific requirements through audits and continuous improvement.
* Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to reduce non‑conformance and support a zero‑defect culture.
* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure quality standards are embedded from initial production stages.
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a Quality Engineer within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100 and NADCAP.
* Experience in a customer‑facing quality role, managing and resolving quality concerns.
