Are you an a dedicated, passionate, qualified and experienced Level 3 childcare practitioner seeking to secure a job in an outstanding nursery and work with like minded colleagues who have Children and babies at the heart of their practice? Then this opportunity is for you….. The role involves:
Providing an authentic environment rich in opportunity, innovative experiences, creative provocations for learning and exploring within a safe, nurturing place for the babies and children in your care to thrive and become school ready. Tailoring a daily routine around the needs and interests of all of the children at the centre of your practice while working within the requirements of the EYFS and the nursery curriculum. You must be a team player working harmoniously alongside colleagues and management to carry forward the settings ethos and values and have a regard for safeguarding and SEND and apply this knowledge within your daily practice.
Duties
- Implementing daily routines and activities to engage children in learning
- Supporting children's development through play and educational activities
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Managing the nursery environment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Demonstrating leadership skills in guiding and supervising children
- Utilising early childhood education principles to enhance learning experiences
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting is essential
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices
- Capability to manage and organise daily tasks effectively

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
