Role | Litigation Solicitor Company | Top 200 Legal Firm Level | 3 years PQE Based | Royston Hybrid | 1-2 days working from home Offer | £40,000 - £55,000 per annum benefits (depending on experience) We are working with a top 200 law firm based in Royston who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. They want someone who has three years PQE and is looking for a new role to progress their career. Typical duties would include Manage client/matter files and ensure full compliance. Provide expert legal advice, including negotiation and drafting. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to become a recognised expert. Help develop long-term relationships with clients and internal teams. The successful candidate Strong understanding of legal processes; able to manage complex matters under supervision. Excellent communication skills for clear advice and building rapport. Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop. Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
