At Able Personnel, we are recruiting a Sales Consultant for our client in the education sector, a forward-thinking organisation that truly values its staff and offers excellent progression opportunities.
This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week), based on a hybrid model: 3 days working from home and 2 days in the Manchester (M11) office, with free on-site parking.
You will be part of a friendly, motivated internal sales team helping individuals and organisations invest in professional learning and development.
What you will be doing:
⚫ Engage directly with customers (primarily B2C, with some B2B support) to promote a diverse portfolio of professional learning products.
⚫ Advise new and existing clients across multiple industries, helping them find the right training solutions.
⚫ Gather and share customer insights to help refine and improve course offerings.
⚫ Manage inbound enquiries and follow up outbound leads, converting these into course enrolments and identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
⚫ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring an outstanding service every time.
⚫ Identify and qualify potential leads for the Business Development team.
⚫ Complete administrative duties accurately and efficiently, ensuring all processes meet required standards.
What we are looking for:
⚫ Proven experience in sales, whether B2C, B2B, or membership sales.
⚫ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
⚫ Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
⚫ Experience in the education or training sector is desirable but not essential.
