JOB PURPOSE:
To fully support the operations team in the day-to-day management of the production areas.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure all systems are maintained effectively, up-to-date, and accurate.
2. Run mateff reports to manage material yields.
3. Update TMS anomalies in line with payroll demands.
4. Produce and display all production KPIs.
5. Handle holiday planning and administer overtime.
6. Compile data to assist management with performance management.
7. Support process improvement activities.
8. Participate in site maintenance programs.
9. Support the planner and cover their responsibilities in their absence.
10. Type correspondence, reports, and other documents.
11. Conduct company quality, risk, and other audits after appropriate training.
12. Coordinate maintenance and updates for SOP and WI documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven data entry skills.
* Internal auditor qualifications (desirable but not essential).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
* Approximately 2-3 years of relevant administration experience.
* Experience networking across a multi-site organization.
* Attention to detail and high accuracy.
* Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Intermediate IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook.
