Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deploy labour effectively to achieve production targets.
* Chair and participate in production meetings.
* Manage manufacturing queries promptly and professionally.
* Ensure all products meet customer specifications and comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory codes.
* Promote a right‑first‑time, quality‑ and cost‑conscious culture.
* Ensure labour and materials are accurately recorded within the ERP system.
* Monitor weekly efficiency, monthly output, and overall value‑add to ensure budget targets are achieved.
This is a full‑time, Monday‑Friday position (40 hours per week). The Manufacturing Manager reports directly to the Operations Director and will play a key role within the management team.
