We are looking for a Residential Support Worker / RSW to work on a day shift basis or night shift basis. Our residential provider adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure. A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children’s wishes are heard and respected.
The successful Residential Support Worker / RSW will have:
Level 3 or above in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or the willingness to work towards this
Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours or trauma
‘Can-do’ attitude
Flexibility with shifts
Must Drive
