Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
* Build rapport and relationships with customers
* Be flexible across all areas of the club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area, and kitchen, as well as general housekeeping and maintaining high presentation standards
* Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
* Create a safer gambling environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels – online, in club, and live
The Winning Combination We’re Looking For
* Experience in delivering first-class, personalized customer service in face-to-face roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or leisure
* Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations
* Experience handling cash and basic numeracy skills
* Confidence in challenging the status quo and ensuring all customers follow company policies and standards
