The Role:
4. Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
5. Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and legal documentation
6. Carrying out title checks and property searches
7. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
8. Supporting with probate and wills work as required
9. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
About You:
10. Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with proven conveyancing experience
11. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage files independently
12. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
13. Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
