As a HR Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering training programmes to support colleagues in moving from Itrent to Dayforce system. You’ll design clear training materials, provide hands-on workshops, and act as a point of contact for user queries, helping to embed new processes and ensure seamless system performance. You will play a key role in the HR & Payroll platform project by auditing and cleansing data prior to migration, testing data flows, building Power BI/Business Objects reports, and ensuring the integrity of HR data post-implementation.
