We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour and Attitudes. This pivotal role involves leading our pastoral and behaviour teams to foster a positive school culture, ensuring high standards of student behaviour and attitudes across all areas of school life.
The successful candidate will be passionate about student wellbeing, possess a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies, and demonstrate the ability to inspire both students and staff.
