Job Title: Project Manager Location: Hybrid - based in Livingston, Scotland and on client site Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to support the delivery of small to mid-sized technology projects within a global environment. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate standard or technical projects from initiation through completion. Must have experience of fitting technology upgrades in stores or customer office buildings Experience dealing with general contractors and 3rd party suppliers Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Maintain project documentation and status reports. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction. Support senior project managers in the delivery of larger, complex projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalation. Ensure compliance with organizational project delivery methodologies and governance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management. 1 years’ experience in project management, preferably in technology services. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project tools (e.g., Monday.com), PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation preferred. Ability to manage remote teams and work across global time zones. Preferred Experience: IT/Technology project environments (e.g., AV, UC, LAN/WAN, IPT). Experience managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and client expectations.
