What Youll Do:
Manage online referrals with prompt response times
Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Essential Requirements :
Accreditation:
BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent
Alternative:
Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
Approach:
Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
Supervision:
Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
Insurance:
Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
Compliance:
ICO registration as Data Controller
Ideal Experience:
Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
Assessment and support planning expertise
Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus
