This role focuses on delivering high-quality Solution Focused intervention work to support families and protect children. The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work, be registered with Social Work England, and have experience in delivering services in children's social care.
The Team Manager will work as part of a supportive team to ensure effective interventions and will require mobility across the operational area, including travelling around Essex.
