Job Description:
* Deal with insurer scheme claims from “cradle to grave”
* Handle the claim within the delegated authority of the insurer set out in their SLAs which includes the following:
1. FNOL
2. Third party intervention from Cradle to Grace
3. Accurate reserving of claims
4. Instructing Engineers, recovery agents, repairers, solicitors
5. Use of MIAFTR & CUE
6. Assessing indemnity in line with terms and conditions of policy coverage
7. Claims Validation
8. Claim declinatures
9. Liability assessment
10. Subrogation of outlay
11. Processing payments of invoices / claim settlement
12. Appointing solicitors to cater for any personal injury claims
* Ensure all new claims are handled efficiently in line with insurer SLA
* Handle incoming enquiries from policyholders, insurers, and other third parties in a professional manner
* Ensure all data recorded is factually and grammatically correct and meets agreed SLAs and in line with the insurer “best practice guidelines”
* Undertake any other duties as necessary
