Your responsibilities day to day would include:
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and development and ensuring your team are engaging with the children in their learning
* Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children in the nursery
* Manage the daily care routines of children, including feeding, nappy changing, and sleeping
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and progress

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
* Working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
* Strong leadership skills to guide and support other staff members
* Excellent communication skills in English to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
* Knowledge of childcare principles and practices
* Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences
