Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is looking for an energetic and hands‑on Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to support the leadership of our Cast Iron Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service teams.
Set within 200 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, Tudor Park is a vibrant four‑star hotel offering 120 contemporary bedrooms, an 18‑hole championship golf course, a fully equipped fitness club, and a popular food and beverage operation. We welcome a mix of leisure guests, corporate travellers, wedding parties, and event delegates—making every day varied, busy, and rewarding.
The Role
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience across our restaurant, bar, and room service. This is a true “lead from the front” role—supporting the team on the floor, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every guest enjoys the signature Cast Iron experience.
You’ll help manage daily operations, support and develop the team, and contribute to achieving financial targets while keeping service standards consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of the restaurant, bar, and room service teams
* Assisting with labour and consumable cost control in line with budget
* Driving sales and supporting revenue targets
* Overseeing monthly liquor stock processes
* Ensuring all Cast Iron brand standards and guest touchpoints are delivered
* Motivating the team to maximise sales and upselling opportunities
* Creating weekly rotas aligned with business levels and budget
* Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements
* Leading regular departmental meetings
* Reviewing departmental P&L and understanding monthly forecasts
* Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
* Ensuring compliance with fire, health & safety, and security procedures
About You
You’ll bring experience from a similar hospitality role—ideally within a hotel or busy restaurant environment—and a passion for developing people and delivering memorable guest experiences.

This is a full‑time position working 40+ hours per week over a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts, as per the operational needs of the business.
