An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of a beautiful luxury country house hotel. With a 3 Rosette, 50-cover restaurant and banqueting for up to 100 guests, this is the perfect role if you love refined, seasonal cooking and service that runs like clockwork.

* £38,000 per annum plus £3,500 service charge
* Live-in accommodation available for approximately £325 per month within walking distance of the hotel
* 48-hour contract
* Join a close-knit team of 9 chefs in a supportive, professional kitchen
* Work under a highly experienced Executive Chef who is keen to train and develop you
* Exposure to both fine dining restaurant service and high-quality banqueting
Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
* Supporting the Executive and Sous Chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Taking ownership of a section and leading it confidently during busy services
* Assisting with menu development, bringing fresh ideas and a creative approach
* Ensuring consistently high standards across the 50-cover restaurant and events up to 100 guests
* Coaching and supporting more junior members of the brigade
