An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Compliance Officer to join a leading business, based at their modern site in Fradley Park, Lichfield. This is a pivotal role within the Operations team, offering cross-departmental influence and real scope for professional development. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all certification records and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation bodies. Support the preparation and submission of PQQs, tenders, and customer compliance documentation. Liaise across departments to ensure the timely resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and successful delivery of improvement plans. Organise and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings; support implementation of actions to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. Collaborate with the HSQE team to support audits, risk assessments, method statements, and other compliance processes. Maintain legal and regulatory registers to ensure alignment with up-to-date construction standards and HSE guidelines. Person Specification: Experience in a fast-paced administrative or compliance-based role. Demonstrated knowledge of PQQs, tender processes, and accreditation management. Understanding of HSQE processes is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
