About the role:
At Northgate Vehicle Hire, we keep Britain moving. Our Portsmouth branch is busy, and we’re looking for a skilled Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team.
You will maintain and repair a range of vehicles, from city cars to large vans. With over 68,000 vehicles in our fleet across the UK, no two days are the same. You’ll ensure our customers can hire vehicles they can trust to be safe and reliable.

About you:
We’re looking for someone with a solid technical background and a desire to develop. Ideally, you have:
* A Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
OR
* A Level 2 qualification with at least 3 years’ workshop experience
* A passion for quality workmanship and safety
* A full UK Driving Licence

Our IMI-accredited training centre supports your growth with:

* Upskilling in Hybrid & EV repair, diagnostics, electrics, and more
* Support for Level 2 technicians to advance to Level 3
