Job Summary

SAS Utilities are a leading multi-disciplined contractor within the Utilities sector. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, highly organised, strong administrative skills, and have proficiency in various computerised tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Co-ordinating streams of works to run seamlessly and to adhere to timeframes required by customers. Abiding to Streetworks Legislation and NRSWA compliance.
* Provide clerical administration signing off completed works with build partners, ensuring documentation, as-builts and customer requirements are accurate and complete.
* Managing and resolving first-line escalations, ensuring industry standards are adhered to and project milestones are consistently met.
* Supervising site operations to ensure compliance with customers specifications, NRSWA, CDM, Health & Safety and environmental requirements.
* Liaise with agencies regarding planned works.
* Being a point of contact with knowledge of NRSWA, CDM, PIA, civil engineering and fibre-related queries.
* Ability to complete computer based tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Using software such as DepotNet, Salesforce, Cemar and MS Office applications.

Desired Experience:

* Previous experience of DepotNet, Cemar, Salesforce, and MS Office applications
* Knowledge of civils construction, cabling, splicing, and fibre optics (OTDR/ILM testing).
* Experience with liaising with numerous different agencies in a professional manner.
* Understanding of method statements, risk assessments, and CDM Regulations.
* Being able to apply themselves to new challenges and to be reactive to works to ensure works are completed to the highest standard in a time efficient manner.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Experience in the telecommunications and multi-utilities sector.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting within an expanding business, utilising various computerised systems and providing essential administrative support.
