Join Our Team as a Female Night Support Worker Be a Steady Presence Overnight Providing Safe, Trusted Overnight Care | St Albans | Full-Time (38 hours/week) We re looking for a compassionate and reliable female Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team in St Albans, supporting two young women in our residential children's home. This is a female-only role due to the need for personal care, in line with the preferences and support requirements of the young people. In this waking night role, you ll offer a calm and reassuring presence during the night, supporting young people aged 1118 who have learning disabilities and autism. You ll carry out regular wellbeing checks to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and getting the rest they need to be ready for the next day at school or college. You ll also provide personal care in a respectful and dignified way, helping the young women feel secure and supported throughout the night. In addition, you ll help with light housekeeping duties so the home remains clean and welcoming each morning.
