Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager. The role is based in Belfast with some work from home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Finance Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, investment analysis, and financial reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
* Financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis skills
* Experience in preparing financial statements, managing cashflow and managing regulatory compliance
* Strong knowledge of CIS, VAT, and project costing
* Strong strategic planning and investment analysis skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* 3+ years finance experience in the property or construction industry
* Accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable
