Are you a passionate and skilled SEN teacher ready to shape something extraordinary? This is your chance to join Bright Futures 4 All Home Schooling Hub (BF4A) as we enter our 10th anniversary year. We are on our way to becoming South London’s ultimate Community Hub for SEND families & Friends. We currently offer a range of free services, which include a Home‑Schooling Hub, Holiday camps, After‑school club, Youth Development & Leadership programmes, Parent/Carer workshops, tutoring, mentors & therapists and a kitchen pantry.
About Us
BF4A is built on the belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive — regardless of their starting point. That’s why we’re creating an environment where innovation, expertise, and compassion come together to offer first‑class services for some of our communities most vulnerable families.
Our purpose‑built school annexe is nestled in a spacious, green setting in Croydon, just 10 minutes from both South Norwood and Selhurst station. We’re equipped with specialist classrooms, dining room, IT room and sensory and therapeutic spaces, designed for children to flourish — both indoors and out.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a committed and creative teacher with a strong foundation in SEN to be part of our founding team. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal stage, helping to shape the culture, curriculum, and learning environment of a organisation that puts pupils first.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond classroom teaching — to influence how things are done, work in a close‑knit team, and grow professionally as we expand. You must be IT literate and have a solid understanding of safeguarding and keeping children safe both on and off site.
