TPS provides independent garages and body shops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products needed to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, KODA, Cupra, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. It is a national network of TPS Centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees, committed to creating a motivating and inclusive workplace that recognises and rewards staff, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Launched in 2006 as a new brand concept, TPS operates on an Agency Model, meaning Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the number of Centres nationwide.
About The Role
Job Purpose
This role is crucial in strengthening our market position, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales within the UK accident repair market.
Market Research & Analysis
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Share insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Planning & Execution
* Collaborate with Volkswagen Group head office to develop and implement sales strategies.
* Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
Training & Development
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and technologies to maintain expertise.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
* Assist customers with enquiries, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction.
* Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Attend meetings, centre visits, and industry events to promote products and foster relationships.
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy.
* Regularly communicate with the Volkswagen Group head office, sharing updates and insights.
Requirements

* Excellent engagement and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in the UK accident repair market.
* Ability to manage activities that grow and develop the business.
* Financial awareness to provide operational insights and identify risks and opportunities.
* Experience managing national campaigns and activities.
* High level of IT literacy.
