Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - 95,408.50
Job Description Summary
The Onsite Operations Manager is empowered to execute projects and ensure their completion for one or more simultaneous projects. Responsibilities include managing revenue and profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the overall execution and completion of one or more concurrent projects.
* Manage revenue, profit and loss, and project value realization.
* Supervise employees and coordinate facilities and equipment needs.
* Oversee dispatch activities to support project delivery.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
* Ability to travel as required to perform duties.
* Mechanical aptitude.
* MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system proficiency.
* Project management skills.
