The Role of Senior Business Development Manager
Lead, coach and develop a Business Development team
Drive both personal and team revenue targets
Build a strong pipeline through proactive sales, networking and outbound activity
Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales performance and offering
About You
6+ years' experience in B2B sales / business development (hospitality, events or related sectors preferred)
Proven experience managing and developing a sales team
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Track record of winning high-value business and managing complex sales cycles
Confident, driven and highly motivated with a hands-on approach
