Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of complex digital transformation programmes across public and private sector environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, product teams, designers, developers, and stakeholders to embed agile ways of working, improve delivery performance, and ensure teams remain focused on delivering valuable user‑centred products and services.

Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting multidisciplinary agile delivery teams across digital transformation projects
* Embedding agile ways of working and continuous improvement practices within client environments
* Facilitating agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and show‑and‑tell sessions
* Supporting teams to prioritise work effectively and maintain delivery focus
* Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, blockers, and dependencies
* Building collaborative, motivated, and high‑performing team cultures
* Coaching and mentoring team members on agile and lean delivery approaches
* Supporting teams in overcoming organisational and operational challenges
* Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
* Managing stakeholder expectations and supporting transparent communication across programmes
* Supporting line management and capability development within the delivery practice
* Encouraging knowledge sharing, learning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Extensive experience delivering complex digital or technology‑enabled projects
* Strong experience working within agile delivery environments using methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, DSDM, or similar frameworks
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across consultancy, client‑side, or hybrid delivery environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting delivery governance
* The ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively
* Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilitiesExperience using collaboration and project management tools within agile environments
* Understanding of user‑centred design principles and practices
* A pragmatic, adaptable, and solutions‑focused approach to delivery management
* Experience within consultancy, public sector, or digital transformation environments
* Exposure to product delivery, service design, or user‑centred design methodologies
* Experience line managing or developing delivery professionals
* Familiarity with agile scaling frameworks or enterprise delivery environments
