Job Overview
Our client is a directly authorised broker whose sales team works 100% remote, providing advice on income protection, life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK from leads which are 100% generated in house. They have had their best year ever in 2025 and are seeking to add a small number of experienced protection advisers to join their successful salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consultative sales advice on income protection, life and protection solutions to clients, primarily over the phone.
* Generate new leads internally through a wide range of marketing initiatives, including collaborations with household names within the sports sector.
* Maximise the potential of each in‑house lead to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Work 100% remote, with training provided in the same environment, and adhere to the stated working hours.
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 2 years of phone‑based life & protection sales experience.
* Experience working with leads generated via the web.
* Demonstrated ability to maximise leads through a consultative sales approach.
* Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule when achieving clearly laid out and achievable objectives.
Compensation & Benefits
* Starting salary negotiable based on experience.
* On‑target earnings £42,000–£60,000 (uncapped bonus). Existing top performers earn more than £60,000 thanks to the uncapped bonus scheme.
* Work 100% remote with no weekend work and a 3.30 finish each Friday.
* Working hours: 9:30 – 18:30 Monday to Thursday; high performers can set their own hours subject to objectives.
