Customer Service Assistant Permanent Ballymena Hours of work: Monday Thursday 8:30-5:30pm and Friday 8:30-1:00pm. Gen Tech Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our client based in Ballymena. Duties : The job role includes dealing with various customer enquiries via email/telephone. Input customer orders on MIS system. Manage and organize Loomstate collections/deliveries (including TSS portal). Weekly/monthly Customer reports. Day to day tasks within office e.g., answer switchboard phone, filing. Sampling to customers where required. Produce customer Certs/COCs where required. Essential : Previous Customer Service experience. A good telephone manner & strong communication skills are required as client liaison is critical to this role. Must be able to deal with incoming calls regarding customer orders and queries. History of working in administration. Must be computer literate. Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages is desirable. Ability to multitask and complete tasks within defined timeframes. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
