Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, you will be working closely with the Retail Buyers to help with the smooth running of the Retail team.
Key Duties Will Include
* Maintaining EPOS database and product information for each line.
* Setting up new products and creating purchase orders in EPOS system.
* Identifying retail price changes, actioning stock transfers, investigating non scans, processing damages
* Supporting shops and warehouse, resolving any product queries.
* Adhere to and maintain effective management of stock administration and rigorously investigate and escalate all discrepancies.
* Ensure all reports are reviewed on a weekly or monthly basis (as prescribed) investigating any anomalies and escalating concerns to the buyer (e.g. Nil-sales reports).
* Responsible for running tolerance checks on item cost and selling price data to ensure financial accuracy of the merchandise management system.
* Liaising with suppliers and guests regarding product requests and orders..
* Forecasting demand and optimising stock levels.
About You
* Educated NVQ level 3 or equivalent including Maths and English GSCE C.
* Sound experience in a busy office environment, preferably in the retail sector with emphasis on customer care.
* Understanding of EPOS and basic merchandising principles.
* Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent communication skills and working relationships
* Good organisation skills.

Your contract
You will be on a 16 hour contract for a period of up to 12 months for a period of maternity cover.
