As Chef Manager, you will have full responsibility for the catering department and will lead the team in delivering freshly produced lunches for pupils and school staff. Your key focus will be to deliver the highest quality of food and service, ensuring that the catering offer is exciting and innovative through team development and continuous review and improvement.
You will be a strong leader, capable of motivating a team to create a positive work culture and meet all objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about catering to develop leadership and management skills.
The position is based at The Bridge Academy, a specialist school, and may involve different challenges compared to a mainstream school environment.
Hours: Part time, 32.50 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Location: The Bridge Academy, Wissage Road, Lichfield, WS13 6SW
