St Michael Abbey School is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Geography Teacher to join our founding team. St Michael Abbey School opened in September 2025, offering a British Education in a world community. This is a unique opportunity to be involved at the beginning of an exciting new adventure in education and to be part of the founding team. Set in 22 acres of beautiful English countryside we offer excellent teaching and boarding facilities.
As a Geography Teacher, you will have the chance to:
-Deliver a dynamic and contemporary Geography curriculum to students at GCSE and A level
-Inspire learners to achieve excellent results and develop a passion for the world around them
-Lead and participate in extra-curricular activities, including field trips and clubs
-Collaborate with colleagues across the school on enriching cross-curricular projects
-Play a key role in promoting environmental awareness and sustainability education

Key requirements:
-Qualified teacher status preferred and a degree in Geography (or related subject)
-Proven record of gaining excellent results at A level and GCSE
-Ability to teach Geography confidently across the age and ability range
