Overview Of Role
Our client is looking to appoint an additional Private Client Lawyer to their established and supportive team. The appointed Private Client Lawyer will work on their own caseload of matters including wills, probate and powers of attorney. In addition, the successful Private Client Lawyer will assist more senior members of the team with their caseloads. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team within our award winning and dynamic legal practice.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate and powers of attorney.
* Assist senior members of the team with their caseloads.
* Develop and maintain client relationships and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
* At least one year of experience in private client law, with demonstrable experience in wills, LPAs, tax and the administration of estates.
* Experience in business development is desirable.
