Salary: GBP55000 - GBP65000 per annum
We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Recruitment Partner on a 3-to-6-month FTC with the potential to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with professional services or consultancy experience to join a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality hiring across multiple business areas.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, helping the business attract and secure top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
The Role
* Manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of professional services roles
* Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
* Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals and social media
* Manage recruitment campaigns across job boards and other attraction channels
* Monitor recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
* Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and deliver a strong candidate experience
* Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
About You
* Proven senior internal recruitment experience within professional services or consultancy
* Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
* Experience using an ATS (essential)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
