Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Care Co-ordination Centre Administrator in Stevenage to provide essential administrative support within the Integrated Care Coordination Hub. You will be joining a flexible team, processing referrals, and answering patient calls. A previous NHS experience is preferred.

This full-time role requires good communication and IT skills, with the possibility of hybrid working after training. A salary ranging between £25,760 to £27,476 per annum is offered, alongside various staff benefits.
