Duties include assisting with lesson planning, providing one-on-one support to students, managing classroom behaviour, and helping with administrative tasks. Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Level 3 Cache qualification, have a passion for teaching, previous experience in education, and possess an Enhanced DBS Certificate. Education: A Level 3 Cache qualification is required for this role. Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is essential. Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, have strong behaviour management skills, and excellent time management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in education or relevant field would be advantageous. Working Conditions: This role is part-time on a contract basis, working in an educational environment in Hayes, Greater London.
